The Retreat
Step into this early spring day to uncover your 2025 dreams! Plant those “dream seeds” now, so you can reap their blooms in the summer and harvest their wisdom in the fall. Work with the elements – earth, water, fire, air and metal as we prepare the rich and fertile soil. Receive and share inspiration, as we playfully pass around the “seeds of wisdom” and connect in deep sisterhood.
From crafting a symbolic wooden threshold to gathering around a copper bowl of fire and water, every moment of this retreat is designed to nurture your spirt, ignite your courage, and send your dreams into motion.
This Spring women’s retreat day is a day to dream, create, release and rise. Through movement, nature and ritual, you will:

The retreat day will be at the Dana Center on the beautiful Hidden Villa property. Nestle in the hills of Los Altos, the property has all that nature could offer – a working farm, retreat space, with all the beauty of the natural world as our creative space to play!

Meet the Retreat Team
Catherine Houdek is a leadership and business coach, a meeting facilitator and a trainer. She has been coaching on the topic of leadership for 20 years, and is passionate about the difference good, strong leadership can make to individuals and to their businesses. Catherine is a member of International Coaches Federation, and has the following certifications: a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner, and a Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Certified Practitioner and Certified EQ Assessor. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand.
Lisa Watts Smith is a modern day Shaman offering energy and sacred rituals to restore physical, emotional and spiritual well-being through shamanism and Positive Intelligence coaching. A graduate of Healing the Light Body School and Positive Intelligence Coaching Program, she integrates ancient shamanic practices with practical coaching methods in her work. She has been facilitating workshops and events for leaders for over 25 years. Lisa was initiated into shamanic energy medicine practices in 2009 and received the full rites of the Inka Shaman in Peru from the Q’ero elders. Mary Welty-Dapkus is a professional intuitive and certified life and emotional intelligence coach and founder of the Fresh Intuition Women’s Circles. She is the owner of Fresh Intuition, a personal, professional and leadership coaching and consulting practice. Mary helps clients, both men and women in transition, to “gain clarity and lose wait” freeing them to take authentic and inspired action in their lives, their life’s work, in their communities and in the world. Mary is a certified Marth Beck (MBI) Life Coach, a Certified Six Seconds EQ Practitioner and Assessor, holds a Masters Certification in Intuition Medicine (MIM) from the Academy of Intuition Medicine and a BA in General Humanities with an emphasis in Education and Psychology from Santa Clara University.
