The Retreat
Nature is always speaking.
Through feathers, stones, butterflies, trees, wind, water, and the unexpected moments that stir something within us, life is constantly offering symbols. When we slow down enough to notice we begin to recognize that the outer world is reflecting our inner landscape.
This workshop invites participants to remember that they, too, are part of nature – not separate from it. By walking the Medicine Wheel, receiving symbolic gifts, wandering in mindful connection with the land, and sharing in time in nature, participants are invited to reconnect with their own inner wisdom and leave with the tangible reminders of what their soul already knows.
Fall is a time of harvest, a time of celebration, a time of transformation. What better way to welcome the fall than to celebrate in the company of like-minded and hearted souls in an extraordinary circle of women. Fall is a time to deeply connect with the symbols, synchronicities and the wisdom of walking in our true nature.
Symbols do not tell us who we are.
They remind us of what our hearts have always known.
When we begin living symbolically, the ordinary becomes sacred.
Every feather becomes a prayer.
Every stone, a teacher.
Every butterfly, a reminder that transformation is not something we strive for—it is our nature.
The “Walking in Our True Nature” is a soul-nourishing day-long retreat for women, held in the serene beauty of Hidden Villa. Nestle in the hills of Los Altos, the property has all that nature could offer – a working farm, retreat space, with all the beauty of the natural world as our creative space to play! This will be a day to exhale, reflect, and reconnect with the wondrous wisdom of nature, the earth and with each other.
In the sacred space of the retreat day, we will remember that we are not alone in our becoming. We thrive in connection. We blossom through love. We rise by being seen.

Together we will:
- Gather in circle and walk the Medicine Wheel to receive symbols and messages for the day.
- Explore the beauty of Hidden Villa and let nature reveal the wisdom of this harvest season.
- Lunch al fresco
- Create prayer flags to become a talisman of the life they choose to live into this season of life.
- Witness one another in sacred circle, celebrating the beauty, bounty and bravery of our individual and collective journeys.
This is a gathering of extraordinary women – a space of warmth, depth, and radiant connection. If your heart is longing for community, reflections, and soulful celebration, join us for this day of retreat, recreation and regeneration where we will experience sacred connections, powerful rituals, and pure joy.
May this day support us as we continue walking gently, listening deeply, and trusting that life is always speaking. Let’s tune in.
